Abstract

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food is to establish a Republican Commission in order to set up control and registration of the grown grain yield and to ensure reliable statistical record. The procedures are developed in order to carry out full control and registration of the grain yield grown on the planting areas of farms irrespective of the form of ownership. Oblast commissions will establish the commissions in rayons that will consist of local specialists and leaders of rural councils. Oblast and rayon commissions are appointed by order or decree of the heads of the local state administrations and have personal responsibility for making actual estimates of the volumes of grown and harvested crop. A week before the start of grain harvesting the Rayon Commissions together with the Oblast Commission Representative shall identify the sizes of planting areas and biological productivity of grain in all farms irrespective of their type of ownership and draw up appropriate statements. Section 6 is concerned with the identification of the biological grain production.
