This Decree enters into force on 1 August 2006.
Abstract

This Government Decree contains provisions on authorized species and seasons for hunting; the use of dogs in hunting; requirements concerning the use of weaponry in hunting; requirements for arrows, bows and arrowheads; and requirements concerning marksmanship. The Act contains 12 Sections divided into the following chapters: 1. Introductory provisions; 2. Hunting with firearms and ammunition; 3. Hunting with bow and arrow; 4. Final provisions. Section 2 specifies the game species and the time during which they may be hunted, subject to special rules concerning certain wild birds.
