Abstract

This Government Decision validates the List of diseases requiring application of quarantine regime and restrictions contained in the Annexes 1 and 2. Natural persons, legal entities, state and local administrative organizations shall comply with quarantine and restriction regimes imposed for highly infectious and contagious diseases of animals. When determining the boundaries of the zone during the quarantine and restriction regime, the guidelines for the prevention and control of the disease will be used. In the case of detection or diagnosis of a suspected disease listed in the border area of the state, the General Veterinarian shall notify the General Department of Border Protection and jointly implement relevant measures. Chief Medical Officer will officially announce to the public and internationally about the establishment, cancellation, or downgrading of quarantine and restriction regimes. It is prohibited to prepare or transport animals and raw materials of animal origin, products, natural hay and fodder out of the quarantined zone during the period specified in the instructions for the prevention and control of the disease.
