Abstract The scope of this Government Decision has been developed with the aim of solving problems such as developing a science-based food recipe technology aimed at ensuring the appropriate ratio of nutrients for each category of schoolchildren, creating a system for providing understanding and knowledge about food and nutrients, and evaluating the results. The objective of this Program is to create a safe, sustainable and accessible food production and service system for secondary schools, to provide students with nutritious food, and to protect their health. The following activities shall be implemented within the framework of the scope of creating a food supply system that meets the standards and is based on food and agricultural production in school food production and services: (a) creating a food supply system based on local characteristics and improving the legal environment; (b) supply of potable water that meets the established standards; and (c) increase the choice of organic and enriched foodstuffs supplied to educational institutions for school feeding.
