This technical regulation will be used as a criterion for the issuance and renewal of a special license for the manufacturing of alcoholic beverages, production control, conformity assurance, and conformity assessment. Legal entities with a special license to produce alcoholic beverages operating in the territory of Mongolia must comply with this technical regulation. A detailed record shall be kept indicating the production date, month, day, shift, line, quality status (grade, number, passed, failed, etc.) of raw materials, intermediate and final products of alcohol manufacturing. If deemed necessary, methods and markings to protect against counterfeit products will be applied based on consultation with relevant professional organizations.
