Abstract

Procedure for internal control of food processing activities must ensure compliance with Mongolian laws, rules, regulations, technical regulations, standards, production and service technology procedures and internal procedures in order to ensure the safety of foodstuffs by controlling and preventing potential risks, identifying violations and deficiencies in a timely manner, and adopting appropriate industrial and hygienic practices in daily operations. It shall be applicable to primary processing of agricultural commodities and raw materials and processing and manufacturing of foodstuffs at all stages of food chain. The food operator shall adopt internal control procedures in accordance with this regulation, and conduct internal control continuously and regularly according to plans and guidelines.
