It shall be applicable to primary processing of agricultural commodities and raw materials and processing and manufacturing of foodstuffs at all stages of food chain. The food operator shall adopt internal control procedures in accordance with this regulation, and conduct internal control continuously and regularly according to plans and guidelines.
