Abstract

The scope of this Government Decision is to reduce the import of dry milk by increasing the supply of milk during the winter season, and to ensure stable and accessible drinking milk needs of the population. A farmer who supplies raw milk from animals that meet the requirements of technical regulations related to milk processing plants and workshops shall have the right to allocation of monetary incentives envisaged for intensive livestock farmers. Monetary incentives shall be paid on the last day of the month in which milk is prepared and delivered. Milk supply contracts shall be concluded for the period of one year.
