Abstract This Regulation, consisting of three Parts and one Schedule, prescribes the amounts of the annual levy for marina operators payable, as required under section 42 of the Act; provides for Ministerial approval of the assets and liabilities register as required under section 78(2) of the Act; and prescribes the State contracts that will be novated to the Gold Coast Waterways Authority, as required under section 80(1) of the Act.
