The Agency shall promote the creation of a conducive business environment, to spur investment and export-led growth, and support the development of sustainable local enterprises in order to build their capacity to effectively contribute to employment, economic growth and wealth creation. The description of investment promotions measures, the fields of investments and their form, the related guarantees and the dispute resolutions provisions are detailed by part five of the Act.
