Abstract

These Bye-laws regulate the collection and deposit of refuse in the area of jurisdiction of the Ghanzi Township. They prohibit the deposit of refuse in any river, spring or other source of water supply and other methods of dumping not authorized by these Bye-laws. The Township Authority may order owners or occupiers of premises to remove refuse from their premises.
