Rule 2 spells out particular requirements relating to naming of food. The second Part of the Rules concerns the labelling of other goods than food or drugs. The Ghana Standards Board may specify additional labelling requirements. The Board shall also appoint inspectors for purposes of enforcing provisions of these Rules. Powers of inspectors are specified in rule 8. Enforcement actions include detention and seizure of goods (rules 9-11).
