These Regulations enter into force on 28 April 2008.
Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 4 sections completed by one Schedule, made under section 5 of the Genetically Modified Crops Management Act 2004, designate the whole of the South Australia State as an area in which no genetically modified food crops may be cultivated. Schedule 1 repeals Genetically Modified Crops Management (Designation of Areas) Regulations 2004.
