Abstract: This Programme’s purpose is to avoid, manage and mitigate the environmental impacts and risks associated with the activities identified in terms of section 24(2)(a) and (b) of the Act no. 107/1998 (National Environmental Management Act) and to exclude the identified activities associated with the Working for Water Programme from the need to obtain environmental authorisation or permits.
