Abstract

This Chapter of the North Dakota Century Code contains general rules governing irrigation. Among others, it provides for units of measurement; amount of water for irrigation; measuring devices - unlawful to take water without using; unlawful interference with rights to use of water - penalty; unlawful use of water and waste - penalty.; bridges over ditches or canals - penalty; obstructing works unlawful; seepage water; disposition of state lands; disposition of state lands; and willfully allowing water to flow or fall upon roadway prohibited - penalty.
