Section 1 deals with registration whereby every beekeeper shall provide to the Provincial Apiarist, together with his application for the issue or renewal of a certificate of registration, a return stating the items mentioned under this section. Section 2 covers the diseases designated as a disease for the purpose of this Act. Section 3 lists details regarding the records kept by every beekeeper. Section 4 concerns returns by beekeepers whereby every person who sells bees shall make a return to the Provincial Apiarist in writing stating the name and address of the buyer, the quantities of bees or package bees sold and the date of shipment of each quantity. Section 5 establishes that each inspector shall report to the Provincial Apiarist within ten days of each inspection of an apiary. The text consists of 6 sections.
