The present Regulations enter into force on 1 April 1970.
Abstract

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Vegetable, Fruit and Honey Sales Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the authorized sale of vegetable, fruit and honey. The Regulations shall apply to all vegetables sold, offered for sale or held in possession for sale in Saskatchewan. The text – consisting of 28 sections – deal with the following matters: unfit vegetables, inspection, samples, appeal of inspection, detention, fees, marking, packaging and grade and standards. Two Schedules complete the Regulations.
