In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the issuing of different fish processing licenses on behalf of the Minister. He may issue a buying license for one or more of the following classes: a) lobster; b) other crustaceans; c) groundfish; d) molluscs; e) pelagic; and f) other fish.
