Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Fish Inspection Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the inspection of fish. The text consists of 94 sections divided into 8 Parts as follows: General (I); Labelling (II); Code markings (III); Canned fish (IV); Fresh or frozen fish, breaded fish (V); Pickled fish (VI); Bloaters and bloater fillets inspection (VII); Salted fish (VIII). Seven Schedules are enclosed.
