Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Artificial Insemination Act. For the purpose of the present Regulations “Association” means the Prince Edward Island Artificial Breeding Association. Section 2 establishes that the Association shall continue to be constituted and shall consist of clubs that represent a local area. The Council shall: a) pay the New Brunswick Artificial Breeding Co-op for all semen produced in that unit and used in Prince Edward Island; b) supply all equipment necessary for the artificial insemination of cattle; c) employ the necessary technicians; and d) appoint an auditor for the association. The text consists of 14 sections.
