Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act (S.N.B. 1988, c. T-11.01). Section 5 of the Regulation establishes that no person shall transport dangerous goods in, on or by a vehicle on a highway under circumstances where the transportation of such dangerous goods is prohibited in the federal regulation. The text consists of 5 sections.
