Abstract This Regulation makes detailed provisions on licences for vendor’s and operator’s of pesticides, applicator’s certification, and for authorization for the operation of pesticide storage areas. It sets requirements for storage areas and for pesticides containers. It regulates the sale and supply of pesticides and pesticides transport and disposal.
