P-2.1). Section 3 of the afore-mentioned Regulation establishes that no person in a provincial park shall; a) cut, damage or remove any plant, shrub, flower or tree, b) remove any artifact or natural object, c) make an excavation, d) alter, damage or destroy any lake, watercourse or water spring, or e) remove, damage or deface any real or personal property of the Crown.
