The present Regulation enters into force on 1 June 1995.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Energy Efficiency Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to certification of organizations in respect of prescribed products. Section 3 establishes that the products and classes of products set out in column 1 of Schedule A are prescribed products. The text consists of 12 sections and 2 Schedules.
