The present Regulation comes into force on 1 May 1999.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the Livestock Operations Appeal Board and regulates its operation, prescribes standards for the construction of livestock facilities, defines what is to be intended as livestock under the Act, provides in detail for the renewal procedure for livestock operation licences and also regulates the manure management system.
