The present Regulation comes into force on 1 November 1988.
Abstract

This regulation defines the requirements for livestock loans, in compliance with the Livestock Incentives Act. It defines the animals that qualify for the loan, the minimum and maximum amount of loan, the security requirements, and the terms and conditions for loans and their revision.
