Abstract Under this Regulation, the New Brunswick Crop Insurance Commission is continued and its operation, functions and powers are regulated in details. Disputes related to crop insurance shall be resolved by an arbitrator appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council for this purpose. The New Brunswick Crop Insurance Arbitration Board is terminated and all appointments to it are revoked.
