Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Aquaculture Act (O.C. 91-806). At the outset the text defines various terms used in the Regulation. The text deals with the following matters: commercial aquaculture licence, inland aquaculture site, institutional aquaculture licence, marine aquaculture site, private aquaculture licence, classes of aquaculture licences, application fee and the fish health diagnostic service.
