Abstract

The two sections of this apiculture/sericulture Regulation prohibit importing bees into the Province of New Brunswick from other Canadian territories or provinces, without certification that the bees are free from pests, including mites, and disease. The certification shall not be more than six months old, and say that the bees are free from American Foulbrood, Varroa Mite and Tracheal Mite (sect. 2).
