It states that all commodity boards established within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services of Virginia shall report their activities to the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services of Virginia on an annual basis. The Board may review activities of the commodity boards and make such recommendations concerning their programs as it deems fit.
