Abstract

The Regulations provide further details on what information and how information on nutritional value of food is to be displayed at grocery stores and restaurants. In particular the Regulations provide a a definition of menu and set standards on how calorie information is to be displayed on menus. Firstly the Regulations identify exempt from the definition of “standard food item”.
