Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Food Safety and Quality Act, 2001 (S.O. 2001, c. 20). In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to things seized or detained under sections 23, 24, 25, 28 or 36 of the afore-mentioned Act. The Regulation applies in respect of any food, agricultural or aquatic commodity, agricultural input or other thing that was seized or detained. The text consists of 11 sections divided into 2 Parts.
