The measures here introduced include: reduction of the Total Applied Effort in linefish to 450 vessels with a total of 3450 crew; no granting of line fishing rights to a person who holds a commercial fishing right in respect of any other sector of the fishing industry; hake fishing and tuna fishing will not be considered to be included in the linefishing sector but will form separate sectors of the fishing industry.
