Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Baden Mining Law in its version of 17 April 1925. The Ordinances shall apply to establishments subject to inspection and monitoring under the mining legislation. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to health and safety issues in surface and underground mines, as well as to the protection of the environment. The text consists of 186 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Rules for all establishments (I); Rules for deep mines (II); Rules for surface mines (III); Final provisions for all establishments (IV).
