Bakers and traders in bread or milk and milk products or fats, oils and butter shall before they start their trade notify the Director of Public Health. The Decree also concerns: hygienic conditions of these trades with special regard to infectious diseases of persons handling the regulated products; labelling and packing of milk and milk products and hygienic conditions of bakeries.
