Abstract

This Notice specifies general conditions which apply to foreign fishing vessels and locally-based foreign fishing vessels in accordance with section 13(2) of the Fisheries Act. Fishing vessels to which the Notice applies may fish in the EEZ but must not fish within a closed area (as specified in this Notice).
