The conditions, among other things, are: compliance with the terms of the bilateral access agreement; adoption of all reasonable measures to minimize catches of non-target species; storage of gear in closed areas; vessel reporting on fishing activities; taking on board of observers; participation in the vessel monitoring system; marking and other identification of fishing vessels; observance of transshipment rules; avoidance of marine pollution; and maintenance and submission of catch logs.
