These Measures entered into force on 2 September 2013.
Abstract

The international shipping bulk foodstuff is generally applied with the fumigation of the aircraft to kill and prevent the grain pests. The purpose of the Measures is to prevent imported foodstuff from contamination caused by fumigant residue, and to protect the health of the on-site staff. The Measures, consists of 5 Articles. Article 1-2 provide for the measure to be taken by official inspection and quarantine departments and pesticide treatment enterprises of exporting country and the carrier
