The international shipping bulk foodstuff is generally applied with the fumigation of the aircraft to kill and prevent the grain pests. The purpose of the Measures is to prevent imported foodstuff from contamination caused by fumigant residue, and to protect the health of the on-site staff. The Measures, consists of 5 Articles.
