Abstract

This article of the Arizona Revised Statutes concerns general adjudication of water rights. Specifically, it provides for general adjudication, representation, superior court, assignment to judge and petition; service of summons, statement of claimant form and record; statement of claimant, filing, information to be included, verification, failure to file and fees; appointment of master and compensation; technical assistance of director and report; hearings, report of master, final judgment by court, administration and enforcement of decree; rules governing general adjudications; general adjudication fund; presumption in favor of prior filings and decrees; and joint legislative adjudication monitoring committee.
