The three strategic objectives are: 1. promote women's economic empowerment through women's access to goods and services for agricultural development and markets 2. strengthen capacities, resources and commitment within MAFF to ensure effective mainstreaming of gender perspectives into the agriculture sector 3. increase women's and men's equal representation and participation in agriculture sector. MAFF will adopt two main approaches to achieve its gender equality objectives. First, it will adopt gender mainstreaming internally as a cross-cutting theme in all its work. Second, it will commit to develop and carry out gender equality initiatives that specifically target women and women's economic empowerment. Full text English Website server2.maff.gov.kh
