Abstract

This Agreement sets out the process for the Parties to embark on negotiations that, among other things, will reconcile pre-existing Haida sovereignty with assumed Crown sovereignty and will be capable of evolving over time based on the co-existence of Crown and Haida Nation governments and the ongoing process of reconciliation.
