These Regulations enter into force on 22 October 2018.
Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 118 of the Gas Safety Act 1997 and consisting of 49 sections divided into seven Parts, provide for the following matters: safety cases in relation to facilities, gas installations and appliances; the reporting of gas incidents; and the safety standards for the quality of gas and the testing of natural gas conveyed through a transmission pipeline.
