Abstract The Act provides regulations on the installation, operation and inspection of heating systems, systems for storing solid, liquid and gaseous fuels, installations for the production and use of gaseous fuels, and the general technical requirements for air conditioning systems. The Act further provides for the emission limit for the operation of heating systems and their inspection. The text further describes the technical and license requirements for operation of gas installations, construction permit, maintenance of systems, rights and duties of gas supply companies, and construction, operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
