Abstract

This Act provides rules relative to the ownership of game kept or held for commercial or hunting purposes and prohibits dispersing or luring away game or entering land of others with intent to steal game. The Act also provides for powers of enforcement, legal proceedings and compensation to owners for theft of or damage to game.
