This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations set out general and specific requirements and conditions as well as model forms for hunting licences. Six types of "Ordinary Licence" and one "Special Licence" are envisaged. Special licences are issued to holders of Ordinary Licences, and the species to which the different licences apply are spelled out in the schedule. Amongst the miscellaneous provisions, the Regulations allow the purchase and sale of certain parts of protected animals such as elephants, leopards and ostrich.
