Abstract This Law consisting of 11 articles aims at providing rules for wild animal and birds hunting. It establishes that (i) hunting is prohibited without obtaining a license from the National Commission for Wildlife Conservation and Development; (ii) it is not permissible to hunt inside cities and villages, or in banned places and times, or by prohibited means; (iii) in order to protect and develop wildlife, the Commission may prohibit the hunting of certain species of animals or birds; and (iv) responsible for controlling violators of this Law is the Ministry of the Interior.
