Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Game Farm Act. The Regulation lays down detailed provisions relating to applications for game farm licences. The text consists of 11 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Game farm coordinator (2); Application for licence (3); Control of game (4); Notification of escape, possible escape and recapture (5); Notification of recapture (6); Game at large (7); Shooting of game (8); Removal of antlers (9); Movement of game (10); Fees (11). One Appendix is enclosed.
