The present Regulation enters into force on 1 August 1995.
Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Ordinance implementing the Federal Act on hunting and the protection of wild mammals and birds (Hunting Ordinance) of 14 December 1988. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the compensation of damage caused by wild fauna. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 2 chapters as follows: Financial provisions (1); Means, organization and proceedings (2).
