Future market means any market, place, or any service or facility which, offers, promises or invite to sell, purchase or exchange futures contracts regularly made on a centralized basis, in the acceptance or making offers to sell, purchase or exchange futures contracts. No person shall establish, operate or assist in a future market except if in accordance with a future exchange licence granted by the Commission under section 5.
