The present Regulations enter into force on 19 August 1987.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Wildlife Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the issue of fur harvester’s licences to hunt fur-bearing animals. The text – consisting of 17 sections – deals with the following aspects: open season for fur-bearing animals, storage permits, bag limits, trapping, hunting methods and equipment, terms and conditions of licences and penalties. One Schedule is enclosed.
