Abstract The present Regulations enact the Wildlife Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the issue of fur harvester’s licences to hunt fur-bearing animals. The text – consisting of 17 sections – deals with the following aspects: open season for fur-bearing animals, storage permits, bag limits, trapping, hunting methods and equipment, terms and conditions of licences and penalties.
