In compliance with the ongoing regulatory review initiative, this Regulation must be reviewed on or before 31 March 2020.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Fur Farms Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Section 1 of the Regulation lists animals prescribed as fur-bearing animals for the purposes of the Fur Farms Act. The text consists of 4 sections and 3 Forms as follows: Application for fur farm licence (1); Fur farmer’s report (2); Fur farm export permit (3).
