Abstract The present Regulation is made under the Fur Farms Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Section 1 of the Regulation lists animals prescribed as fur-bearing animals for the purposes of the Fur Farms Act.
